Lee University's highly acclaimed A Cappella ensemble Voices of Lee recently performed in Dr. David Jeremiah’s Christmas on Broadway spectacular, “Make the Season Bright.” The show, filmed for television earlier this month at the historic Beacon Theatre in New York City, will air Dec. 22-25 on participating networks.

In addition to Voices of Lee and a special Christmas address by Jeremiah, “Make the Season Bright” will feature Lee alum and The Voice season 15 winner Jordan Smith, comedian Mike Goodwin, pianist and vocalist Michael Sanchez, singer Tiffany Coburn, and Sheila Walsh, an author, teacher, and television host.

“We were honored to be a part of this Christmas spectacular on Broadway for the second year in a row,” said Danny Murray, director of Voices of Lee. “We hope everyone will be able to watch it when the televised version airs later this month.”

Voices of Lee, founded in 1994, is currently travelling across the United States on its Christmas tour. Over the past 25 years, the ensemble has performed at venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York City, the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris and Ely Cathedral in England, been featured performers for Christmas at the White House, sung at the Presidential Inauguration, and appeared on the 2016 CMA Christmas Celebration television special.

Beginning Sunday, Dec. 22, “Make the Season Bright” will be available for viewing on several networks, including Lifetime, USA, ION, TBN, Daystar, Fox Business Network, CBS owned and operated affiliates, RFD TV, GOD TV, and the Cowboy Channel.
